Yoga Nidra allows you a portal into the inner and subtler dimensions of Yoga through the practice of asana, pranayama, and guided meditation.
When practicing the method of Yoga Nidra, your brainwaves drop into the alpha and theta state. As you progressively enter deeper and subtler brain waves you become more relaxed, integrated, expansive and present.
